- At least SPM & above.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Possess transport for business purpose.
- Monitor closely on day-to-day sales operation and development of assigned agency to achieve sales forecast.
- Monitor agencies sales and manpower, resolve problems and conflicts of agents, act as effective communication channel to agents and gather important up-to-date market feedback from agents and customers.
- Maintain good rapport with agencies, monitor agents\' activities and performance to motivate and stimulate their sales.
- Advise agents on matters pertaining to agents\' recruitment, activities, marketing strategy, training and others.
- Provide assistance to agencies and attend to customers\' inquiries whenever necessary.
- Act as emcee for selected training or seminar as well as action team for company event.
- Any other duties as assigned from management and superior to you from time to time.
