Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1. Ensure the incoming raw materials such as fish, squid, prawns, scallop, crab, mussel being checked and the report submitted is in order and timely.

2. Unload incoming raw materials samples for inspection.

3. Assist section leader in ensuring balance stock of raw materials after checking are return to production or dispose on a daily basis.

4. Ensure the QA inspection lab and cold-room are tidy and in hygienic condition all the time.

5. Other responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE REQUIRED:-

1. Basic QA inspection skill

2. Knowledge on raw material specification

3. Oral communication

4. Interpersonal awareness

5. Initiative

6. Thoroughness

7. Personal credibility

8. Basic computer skill i.e. Microsoft word, excel and etc.

Basic knowledge on GMP, allergen and HACCP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
