Join our leading Electronic Manufacturing Services provider as a Indirect Commodity Manager based in the northern region.
Lead strategic sourcing and contract negotiations for machinery (capital equipment and tools) as well as IT categories including hardware, software, and related services.
Develop and implement global category strategies, supported by spend analysis and supplier segmentation.
Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify and drive cost-saving and value improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure sourcing plans are aligned with business objectives.
Oversee global spend to ensure cost optimization, compliance, and supplier performance across regions.
Conduct annual business reviews and manage supplier scorecards to evaluate performance and continuous improvement.
Process purchase requisitions and confirm purchase orders when required.
Provide sourcing and procurement support to global AE manufacturing sites, design centers, and service hubs.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support business needs

Experience: Minimum 5 years in strategic procurement or commodity management, preferably within industrial machinery, IT, or electronics manufacturing environments.
Strategic Capability: Proven track record in developing supplier relationships, executing category strategies, and driving sourcing initiatives aligned with business goals.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of purchasing processes, commodity spend analysis, supplier contract management, and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, including PO issuance and supplier coordination.
System Proficiency: Skilled in SAP or Ariba, with solid command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor a team of buyers, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders.
Analytical & Problem Solving: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of responding quickly and professionally to changing business needs.
Industry Advantage: Experience in high-growth or fast-paced electronic manufacturing environments is an added advantage.
