IM&S R&F Operational Buyer - Your future position?

As the IM&S R&F Operational Buyer you will provide high-quality procurement services, ensuring that Service level agreements and service obligations are met. In this exciting role you will report to R&F IM&S Team Lead.

This will be a 6 months\' contract role.

Sounds interesting? On a daily basis, you can look forward to:

• Create, change and follow-up on Purchase Orders based on requirements.
• Perform simplified sourcing activities within the threshold limit.
• Manage AP workflow with prices discrepancies.
• Create Purchase Order by SAP/SRM.
• Any ad-hoc task when it is required
• Provide support to Junior buyers and handle quality non conformities
• Involving requisitions and purchase orders: check the quality of them, make the tracking of the PO and the follow up of approvals; Create the PO based on the requirements Maintain the procurement master data (vendors)
• Oversee us of internal processes: taking care of the documentation of processes and documents, and working in an integrated manner with other areas;
• Support the Helpdesk service area to: clarify consultations with suppliers and requesting users and coordinate incident resolution, providing constant support and performing updating support tickets; and define strategies for ongoing training to users and new revenue applicants
• Contribute to the work of harmonization and communication procedures: Identify opportunities for improvement and scale
• Create indicators and statistics and consumer spending in the region
• Work with users in different countries of the region to clarify your specifications and relieve their most frequent use and resolve users and vendors\' issues and complaints.

Your professional profile includes:

• Professional experience: 3 years\' minimum relevant procurement experience
• Willing to work for a 6 months\' contract.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (Speak, Read & Write)
• Knowledge in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
