Indoor Playground Attendant

Job DetailsJob Tasks: - Carrying out open and close cash activities - ensuring the cash register/POS balances according to the park\'s policies. - Daily opening and closing of the playground (including cleaning the sandpits and ballpit as scheduled) - Introducing and making sales for the playground packages (entrance & events). - Greeting guests, processing payments, explaining playground rules, and checking in with the guests regarding their experience - Upholding safety measures and cleanliness of the playground. - Attending to needs, and adhering to best practices when interacting with children and parents. - Maintaining transparent communications with management and the team at all times - Resolving guest issues and updating supervisors on inventory. Requirements: 1. No prior work experience is required but preferred. 2. Proficiency in English or Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory. (additional proficiency in other languages would be desirable but optional)Company Details
