Job Description

A. Indoor Sales Coordination



Attend to walk-in and call-in customers, provide product information and quotations. Assist customers in selecting suitable tiles based on design, size, and budget preferences. Prepare sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices accurately. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for stock availability and delivery scheduling. Follow up on quotations and ensure timely order confirmation and payment collection. Maintain proper records of customer inquiries, sales, and inventory movements. Support sales representatives with documentation and after-sales service. Handle customer feedback, complaints, or claims professionally and efficiently.

B. Social Media & Marketing



Manage the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Create engaging content -- including product posts, showroom photos, and videos. Plan and schedule regular postings to increase brand visibility and engagement. Monitor social media messages, comments, and inquiries; respond promptly. Track engagement analytics and suggest improvements for online marketing strategy. Coordinate with management for promotional campaigns, festive sales, or new product launches. Assist in updating the company website

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
