Indoor Sales Admin & Customer Service Executive

We're looking for a versatile and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Indoor Sales Admin & Customer Service Executive. This hybrid role blends administrative precision with front-line customer interaction--perfect for someone who thrives on multitasking and making people feel welcome.

Your key responsibilities will include:



Sales Administration



Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Confirm order details (quantity, pricing, delivery) with customers Coordinate delivery arrangements with the logistics team Assist the sales team with quotations and customer communications Prepare and file essential sales documents (sales order, sales quotation, invoices, delivery orders, quotations) Maintain up-to-date records in the order and inventory system Follow up with customers on upcoming projects and newly promoted products to secure orders.

Customer Service



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Resolve issues and provide timely updates on order status and delivery Build strong relationships with customers through attentive service and follow-up Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Reception Duties



Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth. Manage incoming calls. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area

Requirements:



Minimum Diploma in Business or a related field 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or receptionist roles preferred. Have experienced working with Sales Temm Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage Friendly, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

orking Hours



Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break)
Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
