Job Description


Ready to take on a key role in driving revenue growth for a top corporate company? As a Indoor Sales Coordinator, you\'ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, making countless calls and replies each day, following up with client, and closing deals. You\'ll also act as a crucial liaison between our sales and marketing teams and our operations team, facilitating smooth communication and coordination to develop quotations and arrange samples. If you\'re passionate about sales and are up for the challenge, we want you! Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and ensure all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that all sales materials are up-to-date and readily available.
  • Assist in the organization of sales events and conferences.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • SPM or above
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales coordination or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
