Position Title Indoor Sales Coordinator
Industry General and Wholesale Trading
Assist superior for day-to-day sales administration related works such as
- Process customers\' orders (Issue Order Processing Sheet, OPS)
- Prepare Delivery Orders, Invoices, Quotations, Gate Pass
- Prepare Order Search Report
- Make transport arrangement for delivery to customers
- Perform outgoing finished goods inspection against DO.
- Monitor production progress against customers\' delivery due date
- Filing
- Receive customer\'s enquiries
- Carry out any other duties as instructed by superiors
- Responsible for all indoor sales activities during the absence of immediate superior.
Location Kuala Lumpur
Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93 Having two year of similar working experience in manufacturing industry. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)\xe2\x9c\x93 Written Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia\xe2\x9c\x93 Spoken Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
