Job Responsibility \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide administrative support to sales teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively respond to emails and phone calls on related sales enquiries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist sale team in preparing quotation, pro-forma invoice, invoice and delivery order. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with sales team to ensure customer requirements are well coordinated. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend customer enquiry related to products and maintain good customer service. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain a good appearance and attitude when communicating with customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior. Job Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a SPM / \'O\' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / \'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language: Mandarin , English and BM \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior working experience will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
