  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / \'O\' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / \'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
  • Proficiency in English
  • Computer skills - using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
  • Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, SQL system
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Tanggungjawab
  • Provide administrative support to sales teams.
  • Actively respond to emails and phone calls on related sales enquiries.
  • Assist sale team in preparing quotation, pro-forma invoice, invoice and delivery order.
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure customer requirements are well coordinated.
  • Attend customer enquiry related to products and maintain good customer service.
  • Maintain a good appearance and attitude when communicating with customers.
  • Liaise with storekeeper to monitor and update on product ex-stock.
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
