Experience: 1 year in sales or customer service preferred
Language: Good communication skills in Mandarin,Bahasa Malaysia and English
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

Tanggungjawab Job Responsibilities:
Provide suitable recommendations and promote product to walk-in customers as needed.
Assisting walk-in customers in locating requested store products.
Addressing customer concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints.
Responsible for managing the sales target.
Reports weekly Operation to Supervisor.
Maintaining and providing comprehensive product information to customers.
Confidently making and closing sales.
Understanding the importance of best-selling lines and feature hotspots.

8.30am-5pm (shift 1)
10.00am-6.30pm (shift 2) only certain branch have shift 2, the rest only 1 shift)
6 day work, able to work weekend and PH, 1 day rest per week
