- Minimum Qualification: SPM or equivalent
- Experience: 1 year in sales or customer service preferred
- Language: Good communication skills in Mandarin,Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Personality: Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented
- Others: Able to work in a team and meet sales targets
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide suitable recommendations and promote product to walk-in customers as needed.
- Assisting walk-in customers in locating requested store products.
- Addressing customer concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints.
- Responsible for managing the sales target.
- Reports weekly Operation to Supervisor.
- Maintaining and providing comprehensive product information to customers.
- Confidently making and closing sales.
- Understanding the importance of best-selling lines and feature hotspots.
Working Hours
- 8.30am-5pm (shift 1)
- 10.00am-6.30pm (shift 2) only certain branch have shift 2, the rest only 1 shift)
- 6 day work, able to work weekend and PH, 1 day rest per week
- Average commission is Between
Working hour: 6 day per week (required to work weekend & some PH, 1 rest day per week usually at weekday)
Salary package: basic RM, monthly sales commission
