Job Summary

We are looking for a

passionate and proactive Indoor Sales Executive

to join our

automotive care team

, specializing in

car window films (tinting), coating, and paint protection film (PPF)

You'll handle

online leads

, attend to

walk-in customers

, and manage

TikTok ads

to attract new clients and promote our services.

This role is ideal for someone who loves cars, enjoys connecting with customers, and takes initiative to create new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Handle and follow up on

online inquiries and leads

. Attend to

walk-in customers

, explain product options (tinting, coating, PPF), and close sales. Manage and monitor

TikTok advertising campaigns

and online promotions. Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer details. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and improve conversion rates. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience in

sales, marketing, or customer service

(automotive accessories or services preferred). Passionate about

cars and automotive care

.

Creative

, takes

initiative

, and works well in a

team

. Familiarity with

TikTok Ads Manager

or other social media marketing platforms. Proficient in computer use and lead management systems. Knowledge of the

AutoCount accounting system

is an added advantage. Must be able to
