Job Description


  • Communicate with potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and online chat tools.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and needs, providing product information and quotations.
  • Process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion of sales transactions.
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback, providing effective solutions.
  • Track customers\' purchase history and preferences to offer personalized sales services.
  • Document customer interactions and sales activities, maintaining a customer database.
  • Regularly report sales progress and market feedback to the sales manager.
  • Collaborate with marketing, admin, and other relevant departments to achieve company sales goals.
  • Perform paper documentation work
  • Handle tasks assigned by supervisors as needed
