Job Description
: * Handling customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints or inquiries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate and ensure accuracy in processing all orders and paperwork associated with completing the sales process.
- Provide administrative support for the field sales team by handling incoming and outgoing correspondences, preparing quotations, answering phones, and checking stock status.
- Keeping track of customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders and updating customers on the order status.
- Providing post-sales support to customers.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with new and existing customers.
- Initiate and maintain a good working relationship with the sales team and internal department.
- Assist line manager in generating sales reporting as required.
