Requirements

• Possess a SPM or Diploma in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone and email.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base.
• Demonstrated sales aptitude with a willingness to learn and apply sales techniques to achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat, qualifying leads and providing detailed service information to prospective clients.
• Actively pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social selling techniques, targeting specific industries and customer segments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to meet their evolving needs.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations, tailoring solutions to address specific customer requirements and highlighting the value proposition of company.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns, contributing to the achievement of overall sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new service offerings, continuously enhancing service knowledge and sales skills to effectively represent company.
