We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Indoor Sales Executive

to join our sales team. In this role, you will manage customer accounts, process orders and provide support to ensure smooth sales operations. You'll be the key contact for clients, assist to build strong, long-term relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming sales inquiries and process customer orders efficiently. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for potential business. Collaborate with the outlet and warehouse teams to ensure inventory availability. Prepare sales quotes, follow up on leads and manage customer accounts. Stay informed on product updates, market trends and customer needs to better support sales efforts.

Requirements:

SPM qualification. 3 years experience in wholesale, retail, or B2B sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, organized and able to perform multitask in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a proactive and high level of responsiveness.

Nice to Have:

Proficient in all Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Prior experience in Inventory Management System & POS System
