Job Overview

We are looking for an Inside Sales Officer to handle customer communication through email and social media. The role focuses on managing online inquiries, following up with leads, and supporting customer engagement in a fully office-based environment.
This position follows a 5-day work week (Monday-Friday).

Job Responsibilities

Communicate with customers through email, WhatsApp and social media Introduce products, answer inquiries and provide customer support Generate and identify leads through online research and social platforms Qualify leads and follow up to increase conversion rates Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the system Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships Assist in marketing campaigns and simple sales reporting Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

Secondary/SPM/'O' Level, Diploma or equivalent Age 20 to 35 One year of Sales, Online Sales or Customer Service Sales experience is preferred
(or strong email writing and online communication skills)

Strong communication skills in Mandarin and basic English Customer oriented, proactive and willing to learn Able to work in a target-driven environment Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Able to work onsite in Johor Bahru
