Requirements

• Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in lead generation techniques to identify and qualify potential customers.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Basic sales acumen with a willingness to learn and apply sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve common goals.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work onsite in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Generate and identify potential leads through online research, social media, and other channels.
• Reach out to prospects, introduce products, and handle customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social platforms.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team.
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and complete information.
• Follow up with potential customers to increase conversion rates.
• Provide professional customer service and support, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to communicate effectively with customers.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Prepare simple sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
