Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp).
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow-up on sales leads.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Coordinate with the production and delivery team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English?Bahasa Malaysia
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Web, etc.).
Sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
