Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Providing sales and administrative support to sales teams, attend to customer enquiries.\xc2\xb7 Prepare quotations, follow up, negotiate, and communicate with the customer in order to close the order.\xc2\xb7 To prepare PR sheet for purchased equipment.\xc2\xb7 Monitoring order progress and handle any issues that arise\xc2\xb7 Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information\xc2\xb7 To perform any other duties that may assigned by your superior or the Management\xc2\xb7 Assist on marketing event.\xc2\xb7 Proactively to send product information or promotional materials to customersRequirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience in related field or similar role
  • An ability to prepare costing and quotation using MS Excel
  • Familiarity with customer/ supplier dealing.
  • Able to manage schedules and prioritize well, to deliver work on time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
