Job Description

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin as you are required to process Mandarin language documents, Mandarin fluency 10/10;
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, SQL
  • Positive, responsible, meticulous, good attitude, good communication and interpersonal skill
Responsibilities
  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Collecting deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
  • Responsible for KPI management, KPI calculation and KPI implementation.
  • To monitor staff attendance, i.e. punctuality, leave application, etc.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned by the HOD from time to time.
  • Ensure all departments are following company policies and SOP.
