Meet or exceed Individual/Team Sales Quotas - Quarterly/Annually
Lead Business Review Calls to assess customer experience, current usage of product, IT environment changes and growth opportunities
Build and document renewal quotes, process orders, and compile history in company system.
Close business that is sophisticated in nature and often contractual
Continuously assess risk in an account and proactively engage with customers who are at risk of leaving
Review lost business and develop plan to action of win back customers.
Prepare and engage in education/enablement meetings on product development and updates
Forecast business quarterly with a high degree of accuracy
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Information Technology (IT) / Computer Science.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably candidates with IT based experience.
Required Skill(s): Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales - IT or equivalent
Have solid phone presentation skills to deliver sales strategies
Enthusiastic, assertive, aggressive and independence.
Ability to put closure on issues quickly and is results-driven
Works well in fast-paced environment
