About the Role
We're looking for a confident and motivated Indoor Sales Navigator to help connect clients with our range of powerful analytics and AI solutions. This role combines inside sales, digital engagement, and marketing support -- perfect for someone who enjoys engaging clients virtually, building trust, and driving results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound sales leads and qualify new opportunities.
Conduct virtual product demos, presentations, and follow-up sessions.
Prepare proposals and collaborate with the technical team on solution delivery.
Support marketing initiatives such as webinars, social campaigns, and client events.
Maintain customer databases, sales records, and reporting documentation.
Assist field sales teams with coordination and lead generation activities.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree/ Masters in Business, Marketing, IT, or Communications.
2-4 years of experience in inside sales, customer engagement, or account coordination.
Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and online communication platforms.
Highly organized, fast learner, and able to multitask effectively.
Experience selling/promoting Analytics/BDA/Intelligence solutions is an added advantage
