• Require at least 2 years experience in sales such as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions is an advantage.
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred)
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Able to handle stress at work, and make sure the job completed meeting the superior\'s requirement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Good in interpersonal & negotiating skills.

• Receiving call & Reply Message from WhatsApp, Email & Website
• Prepare Quotation, Issue Invoice & DO with accuracy and timelines
• Attend walk in customer, required to be knowledgeable of and adhere to all applicable products and services provided from Company
• Provide Product presentation, Arrange showroom & factory tour to Customer
• Planning & Management in Event (Exhibition)
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• To stay focused and productive all the time at work. Finished the urgent job over-time if required.
• To carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by Director.
