LOGISTICS company in Port Klang looking for experienced Indoor Sales support/Customer Service.
Support our team and enhance customer satisfaction by managing the entire sales support cycle from our office. You will be crucial in preparing quotes, handling client communication, and coordinating with various departments.
Job description includes (but not limited to):
Assisting Manager in :
- Sourcing competitive rates from MLO/NVOCC/Airlines/other relevant logistics partners .
-Prepare sales quotation and relevant documents. Follow up with client.
- Liaising with clients,shipping lines and relevant parties for procedures and requirements.
- Monitor and manage shipments, from initial client enquiry to final file closure, ensuring timely accurate documentation and resolution of issues.
- Any other related duties assigned.
This is a fast paced position. Candidates should be :-
- Well organized, highly responsible and reliable in carrying out the daily tasks and duties.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Preferably min 2 (Two) years experience.
Location : Port Klang (Jalan Tengku Badar)
Working days : 5.5 days per week.
Salary depends on experience.
