Job Description

Telemarketing:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote security guard services. Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide detailed information about services. Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients. Maintain a database of potential and existing clients, tracking interactions and outcomes.
Sales Support:

Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations. Coordinate and follow up on sales leads, ensuring timely responses. Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
