Job Description

An Australian based company specializing in Real Estate and Property Management is looking for suitable candidates to fill up exciting position of Indoor Tele Sales. Location : BUKIT INDAH, JOHOR (3 minutes away from AEON Shopping Mall) Working Hours : 5 days work - Mon - Fri (6:00AM - 3:00PM) | (7:00AM - 4:00PM) According to Australia\xe2\x80\x99s Timezone As a Sales Representative, you will :

  • Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels
  • Keep a consistent number of outbound calls & talk time per day following targets set
  • Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and customer concerns
  • Contacting customers to up sell them remotely
  • Dealing with customer concerns, spoken and unspoken
  • Recording customer feedback and information from conversations for further actions
  • Help drive the growth of the company via excellent customer service
Job Requirements : - Candidate must possess at least SPM / UEC / Professional Advanced / Graduate Diploma in ANY field - Sales and/or Prospecting experienced is highly valued - Candidate possessed good command of English and able to communicate in a professional manner - MUST Possessed MANDARIN skill (READ, SPEAK, WRITE) to liaise with respective clients - Able to operate MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) - Mature, results oriented, strong integrity and able to multitask - Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 45 per week Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
