• Drive digital solutions revenue growth through effective client engagement and close collaboration with client/partners.
• Deliver order intake targets and drive pipeline growth.
• Build lasting relationships with clients\' Operational and C-level/executives and act as a trusted advisor to them.
• Create and develop business opportunities related to digital solutions by leveraging domain expertise and understanding of customer business/operation challenges.
• Committed to client first and ensure the greatest client satisfaction along the full life cycle engagement.

...and more!What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Bachelor or Master\'s degree in chemical, process engineering or other engineering disciplines. A doctoral degree is a plus.
• At least 20 years\' experience in consulting and advanced solutions/digital offerings to multinational companies or large national account customers in the process and/or manufacturing industries.
• Substantial experience in enterprise software selling/solutioning for various segments including, but not limited to, Oil and Gas, Energy, Manufacturing and etc.
• Solid and proven sales track record in digital solutions.
• Demonstrated ability in conducting value discovery workshops and helping customers in creating and delivering value.
• Proven track record in tangible outcome-driven Digital Transformation Consulting engagements is a must.
• Solid experience/certification in Smart Manufacturing or Industry 4.0 readiness assessment.
• Strong business acumen.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of customers\' businesses and manufacturing processes in various industries; and the respective advanced solution offerings available in the market or AVEVA portfolio.
• Proven engagement experience in large, complex and integrated digital solutions projects is a plus.
