Manage packaging design, specification drawings, and create work instructions for all new SKUs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams--including Production, Engineering, and Quality Control--to implement effective packaging solutions.
Coordinate with China Packaging R&D, Line of Business (LOB), and customers for new inquiries, design modifications, or material changes.
Lead the development and submission of packaging samples for new SKUs, ensuring all specifications and test records are thoroughly reviewed and documented.
Drive evaluation and qualification of second-source packaging materials.
Initiate and manage Engineering Change Requests/Notices (ECR/ECN) for all new or updated packaging components.
Maintain accurate SAP data, including BOMs, part numbers, and routings for all SKUs.
Ensure process control and support continuous improvement efforts to enhance First Pass
Yield (FPY) in production.
Conduct training sessions for Production and Quality Control teams on new or revised packaging applications and related process controls
Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in any related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
