-Chinese/Malay
-Diploma/Degree in Industrial Engineering or Equivalent
-Experience or Academic trained in Electronic Industries especially Surface mount production productivity improvement
-Walk through production process, review and improve layout, cycle time , line balancing , remove redundant process, conduct feasibility and implement automation to cut manning while increase production output
