Position: Industrial Engineering Section Head
Location: Petaling Jaya
Industry: Electrical & Electronics

Job Responsibilities

Able to bring a team to work together and lead the team to meet company's expectation.
Capacity planning review and optimize manpower, machine utilization rate for Plant.
Perform time study analysis and continuous improvement with lean concept.
Drive productivity improvement such as process study/mapping, line balancing, managing ratio.
Develop, review, update standard operating procedure (SOP)
Plan for future layout, capacity and process / material flow for production / business growth.
Customer oriented to ensure factory meeting to customer' standard.
Tracking and co-work with cross functional team to meet customer requirement.
Drive audit preparation with internal and conduct external audit.
Cost control for factory expenses.
High level of report writing.

Job Requirements

Required Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial/Manufacturing) or equivalent.
Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
Required Working Experience: 3-5 years of related working experience in Manufacturing service industry.
Required skills: Microsoft Office, SAP, AutoCAD, communication skill, problem solving skill.
Familiar with engineering techniques, process engineering and lean tools.
Adaptable to face fast pace MNS environment.
