Obtaining information about properties to be sold or leased, the circumstances of their owner and the needs of prospective buyers or tenants
Documentation and follow up regarding the project cases
Need to deal with the developer and gather information regarding the latest project
Do the paperwork and visit factory industries
Send out and follow up email from other company management
Act as intermediate person of company and factory industries
Handle day-to-day responsibilities and challenges
Act as Project Coordinator and Sale Agent of the company
Handle the task given by the company
