Independently manage and assist in supervising the daily operations in the Order to Cash (O2C) function.
Manages monthly closing of O2C processes; ensures accuracy of financial transactions.
Provide technical expertise around O2C processes while driving processes standardization in collaboration with other teams.
Actively participate in internal and external audits and verify the accuracy of information provided by team members.
Sharing best practices and provide support and guidance on major business changes and process transformation.
Create, review, and maintain policies and procedures associated with the Order to Cash (O2C) and monthly close process including the recommendation for process enhancements to policies and procedures.
Provide technical expertise in the required process area, effectively resolving escalations and more complex queries.
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team\'s/process area\'s activities and to implement the necessary changes.
Manage and build relationship with key stakeholders in Business Unit finance.
To assume the role of Cash Application activities according to the business role defined in the Financial Target Operating Model (FTOM).
Required Profile
Recognized diploma or degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant disciplines; or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA.
Good command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pleasant personality organised and meticulous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skill and ability to interact well with all the process actors in the chain.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
