SUMMARY OF ROLE

To assist and support in day-to-day HR, and recruitment including interview arrangement, screening resumes, contact candidates, job postings, and activities/projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct walk-in interviews for DL hiring on a daily basis
• Assist and coordinating and administer recruitment process including foreign worker related matters
• Assist for foreign worker\xe2\x80\x99s hostel management, audit and inspection
• Assist in the internship recruitment activities and update the progress
• Job posting in various job portals and social media.
• Assist in talent/market mapping - research of potential candidates with local college/ university
• Maintains and updates personnel files of all employees.
• To perform the filling job on new hire documentation.
• Process recruitment-related documentation and liaise with HR personnel.
• Assist to implement continuous improvement of recruitment processes
• Assist in event-related for HR
• Any other administrative duties and ad-hoc requests.

RELATED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
• Able to complete tasks given in a timely manner
• Able to communicate in English and Malay
• Have good analytical skills
• Well Verse in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication skills, responsible, and self-discipline.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
