Job description
In your new role you will:

• Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process.
• Work as a team with Manufacturing to resolve production issues and reduce production line disruptions
• Support tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow
• Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management
• Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC),Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.
• Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)
• Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Approximately 0 - 1 year of relevant experience in semi conductor industry, but generally no prior job experience required.
• 4 year technical degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering and other related areas).
• Language Fluency: Fluent in English Language, written & verbal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, energetic and self-starter.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization and experience in working with external constituencies.
• Strong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business need.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments. Individuals will be and must be able to understand complex automated systems and human interactions.
• Perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all information.
• Comply with current and updated policies and procedures.
• Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
