n your new role you will: P

• erform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process. W
• ork as a team with Manufacturing to resolve production issues and reduce production line disruptions S
• upport tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow P
• erform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management E
• nsure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC),Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools. M
• anage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP) I
• nitiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects

ou are best equipped for this task if you have: A

• pproximately 0 \xe2\x80\x93 1 year of relevant experience in semi conductor industry, but generally no prior job experience required. 4
• year technical degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering and other related areas). L
• anguage Fluency: Fluent in English Language, written & verbal. E
• xcellent written and verbal communication skills. E
• xcellent interpersonal and presentation skills, energetic and self-starter. D
• emonstrated ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization and experience in working with external constituencies. S
• trong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business need. D
• emonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments. Individuals will be and must be able to understand complex automated systems and human interactions. P
• erform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment. M
• aintain confidentiality and security of all information. C
• omply with current and updated policies and procedures. P
• roficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
