POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for sourcing & purchasing function based on documented procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in Request for Quotation (RFQ).
- Assists in creating purchase orders, obtain approval and monitor/follow-up on delivery and ensure of compliance with company policy and procedures.
- Assists in PO tracking and closure.
- Involve in discussion with stakeholders.
- Presentation of status and projects.
- Weekly work status updates to superior.
- Supporting buyers to carry out tasks on time.
- High integrity, positive attitude, self-starter, team player, good communication skills, and good working ethic.
- Adhere to work processes based on the documented procedures.
- Responsible and reporting to work on time.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administrative, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, or Science.
