Job Description
- Responsible for both import & export documentations including liaising with external parties i.e. agents, customers, vendors, shipping lines, freight forwarding, hauliers etc.
- Coordinate both import & export schedule and stock with internal parties i.e. Sales, Warehouse and Production staff
- Coordinate local sales i.e fitting schedule with Warehouse and Operations Staff
- Ensure compliance to ISO9001 & FSSC procedures
- Update monthly sales report
- Update & follow up on flexitank NSER reports and claims
