Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
To assist public; agencies and airport users in the flight operations; movements and other related information via various facilities provided.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Assist the Information Supervisor in providing service to customer
- Ensure quality services as a professional front-liner
- Ensure the announcement are clear and precise
- Get latest and accurate information on flight data
- Provide customers with latest and accurate information on flight information
- Ensure abandoned calls are less than 15%
- Carry out any directives given by airport higher authority
- Any other duties as directed by the superior
- To operate the aerobridge in safe and efficient manner
- To ensure the aerobridges are operated and attended in the correct allocation and the precise time given.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented with pleasant personality
- Good in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Preferably fluent in foreign language e.g. Mandarin or Arabic
External
- Preferable with minimum 1 year relevant working experience
Internal/External
- MCE / SPM or equivalent with Credit in Bahasa, Pass in English and Mathematics
