Come intern with Intel\'s IT Information Security organization. You will be a member of a highly collaborative Agile DevOps delivery team of information security professionals who are responsible for providing best-in-class security capabilities that keep Intel secure and deliver business value to our stakeholders. We are looking for an intern who is highly motivated and further develop their information security skills. You will partner with Information Security Analysts/Engineers, and Software Developers to help configure, manage, secure and integrate data platforms and applications to support Intel\'s business needs. We are looking for an aspiring Information Security Engineer who can help with application development and data integration/management. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following behavioural skills: Strong communication skills, presentation skills, ana lytical and problem-solving skills. Skills to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment and be comfortable working in a virtual/remote environment. Customer service and stakeholder management skills, including experience in setting and managing user and stakeholder expectations. Qualifications Must be pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Data Science, Computer Science/Engineering, Cyber/Information Security, Mathematics/Statistics, or any other science/engineering related field with current CGPA 3.0 and above or equivalent. Understanding of and/or completed coursework in one or more of the following: Information security models and concepts Cloud Computing and Cloud Security Components Data Analytics Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of, and/or completed coursework in: Security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques Basic scripting/development (Python, JavaScript) and database (SQL) skills Software development concepts including Agile IT/Security Systems Engineer/Administrator duties Data science, data analytics and data visualization/reporting techniques and tools Inside this Business Group Intel\'s Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.
