Information Specialist
Job Description
Requirements -Fresh graduate or possess at least SPM, STPM or Diploma in any field with one year experience. -Able to speak and write fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Tamil (as this role require to support tamil speaking customers & agents). -Required Skill(s): Good communication, computer skills, fast learner, self-motivated, team work, customer oriented mindset. Responsibilities -Keep up to date with product information and sales promotion -Providing customer with product information, features and availability -Accurately describe product features and benefits -Make a phone call advising and align existing customers ordering via dropship system -Generate sales new leads via social media and others sources -Handle enquiries and call new leads, -Reply WhatsApp and SMS queries, Follow up customer -Daily update total enquiries, total sales, total sharing, total drop ships. -Broadcast all promotions ,feedbacks and posters -Maintain up to date customer database by entering customer profile details -Meeting or exceeding new leads and sales target -Communicating with designer and marketing on preparation developing sales presentation -Provide solution to address customer issues or challenges
