Role Description We are looking for a fresh graduate or who has less than 2 years of experience. This is a full-time on-site role located in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, for a Junior IT Analyst. The role will need to: Understanding of business requirements work in close collaboration with the technical and project team Perform research from multiple sources from within the organization while analyzing Acceptable knowledge of requirement specifications and development, process flows, and developing business use case scenarios An understanding of process modelling, agile, wireframe and waterfall software development methodologies Communicates with the relevant stakeholders and is responsible for transferring this knowledge to the product development team Analyze systems daily to optimize performance Qualifications Good communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner Has an interest in project management Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor\'s degree or Master\'s in Information Technology, Computer Science or any software-related degree
