Provide basic IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Support system updates, data backups, and IT security measures.
Monitor IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and accessories.
Work closely with senior IT staff to learn and assist in IT projects and implementations.
Document IT processes, issues, and solutions for future reference.
Stay updated with new technology trends and best practices.
