Role Purpose

Join our world-class IT Managed Services team as an Intern and help deliver top-notch support to our customers. You\'ll be responsible for providing technical support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Gain Real life and hands-on work experience in networking & security, server, systems, virtualization, cloud, and desktop computing.
• Master the use of ITSM ticketing tools for efficient IT resolution.
• Get exposed to various cutting-edge Enterprise Technologies including networking & security, virtualization, windows servers, VMWare, O365, and Azure cloud.
• Learn about IT Service Management and the application of ITIL processes.

What you need to know about the program?

Embark on an exciting career in IT Managed Services by joining our 6-month internship program. We are looking for individuals with excellent personalities, self-initiative, and a keen interest in various technologies such as Routing & Switching, Desktop Computing, Virtualization, Server, or Azure Cloud, and possess fluency in English. You should also be willing to work on shifts, including weekends and nights.

This internship offers you the chance to be absorbed into the company upon the completion of your internship program, with exposure to three tracks - Network & Security Support, Digital Workplace/Systems Support or General IT Technical Support. Ideal for those in their final semester before graduating, the program is located in Cyberjaya and the next intakes are in May / June 2023.
