Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Petaling Jaya for an Information Technology Intern. The Information Technology Intern will be responsible for Network Administration, Troubleshooting, Network Security, and Customer Service under the guidance of senior IT personnel. The Intern will also be responsible for assisting in other IT-related operations as necessary. Responsibilities Setup, assembly and testing of PCs and related peripherals To provide remote support to users and field engineers Liaise with vendor for software & hardware supplies and maintenance / warranty of product Mastering audit wizard for software and hardware auditing purpose Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults Troubleshooting, repairs, image and restore of computer hardware (PC, Printer, APC (UPC), related peripherals) and software (Windows, Office) Network related deployment and implementation projects Onsite deployment of PCs, networks and servers Onsite cabling and setting up of network equipment and ELV appliances Prepare documentation and drawings related to IT infrastructure/network plan by using Visio Research on technical specification and clarification
