Provide ideas, assist in develop digital strategy for Company to reduce dependency on human-assisted channels;
Drive digitalisation through promoting paperless application and workflows to achieve better work efficiency, reduce cost and higher revenue;
To provide 1st & 2nd level support/diagnose and provide solutions for all IT-related software and hardware to end-user on timely manner;
Generate feedbacks from users, suggest improvements and implement new processes;
Evaluate and provide recommendation of infrastructure for improvement; Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of software and hardware;
Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance and monitor IT related technical infrastructure and applications including network, server, website, firewall, computers, printers, scanners, phones, office CCTV, door access system, storage, backups, Outlook/Email, MS Office, etc.
Create and maintain user accounts, access and records on new user onboarding, changes or off-boarding;
To perform system housekeeping including server backup and recovery;
Always keep up-to-date IT assets (Hardware/Software & Licenses) and assignee records;
Create and update documentations, technical SOPs and forms;
Dispose old and out-of-warranty IT hardware;
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Requirements: Self-motivated and result orientated. Able to work independently.
