Role Responsibilities

Ensure timely development and ongoing maintenance of company-wide ERP system.
Extract data, report creation and analyze system for ERP solutions.
Report writing and query creation in relation to ERP data.
Research, document and resolve technical issues relating to ERP system.
Update and manage ERP application system documentation.
Interact with ERP vendor on issues requiring technical assistance requests for the systems.
Ensure system issues are resolved on time and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Ocasional travel is required if the system rollout on other sites of the company.

Role Requirements

Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
Strong hands-on knowledge and experience in ERP application, at least 2 years knowledge of ERP system.
Microsoft SQL Database, Crystal Report development, Visual Basic, Relationship Database model, java script, HTML, PHP.
The candidate must be willing to work in Pontian, Johor.
