Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-

Will be responsible to do planning and organizing of estate's infrastructure facilities (which involves the construction of roads, bridges, quarters, office & other building work and maintenance within the estate) Will be required to assist in the design structure and plan of the buildings required in the estate based on the Management's standard. Required to conduct site investigations to monitor work progress Assist in resolving design and development problems Assist in scheduling the required material and equipment purchases and delivery
Job Requirement:-

Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent. Positive and good working attitude Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of machinery & vehicle operation, maintenance, and repairing are preferred. Knowledge in BQ calculation and CAT drawing would be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
