We're hiring a Senior Engineer, Citrix VDI to lead and support our enterprise-level Citrix platform. In this role, you'll be responsible for performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of our VDI environment, ensuring thousands of users enjoy a smooth digital workspace experience.
What you'll do:
Provide L2/L3 technical support for Citrix VDI environments.
Monitor system health, respond to critical alerts, and maintain high availability.
Lead upgrades, patches, and performance improvements.
Troubleshoot complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive service improvement.
Collaborate with IT teams to innovate, automate, and optimize VDI services.
Role: Workplace IT Security Engineer
As a Workplace IT Security Engineer, you'll play a key role in building, maintaining, and strengthening our enterprise security systems. You'll design and implement secure workflows, automate processes, and ensure our workplace technology remains resilient against evolving threats.
What You'll Do
Implement and maintain enterprise-level Workplace IT security solutions.
Identify and address potential risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities proactively.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for security and endpoint management tools.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Lead change requests, testing, and deployment of new solutions.
Maintain configuration standards and operational playbooks.
Support endpoint hardening, access control, and policy enforcement.
Drive upgrades and onboarding of new endpoint security products.
What You'll Bring
Degree or Diploma in IT, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
3-4 years of experience in a large enterprise (2000+ users), with strong End-User Technology (EUT) exposure.
Solid hands-on knowledge in Microsoft technologies (AD, O365, SCCM, Exchange, File/Print).
Familiarity with ServiceNow, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and proxy servers * Experience in endpoint security tools, e.g. Microsoft Defender, Splunk, Crowdstrike is an added advantage
Bonus: Experience with MobileIron, Intune, JAMF, TCP/IP, and endpoint troubleshooting.
